These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HirePro online portal (“HirePro”) operated by Eye Web Solutions Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using HirePro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

HirePro provides an online portal for tracking equipment and buildings. We reserve the right to modify or update our services at any time.

2. Accounts

·      To access HirePro, you must register for an account.
·      You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
·      You must ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
·      We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are breached.

3. Payments and cancellations

·      HirePro services are charged on a monthly subscription basis, payable by invoice or direct debit.
·      Payments must be made in full by the due date stated on the invoice.
·      Subscriptions automatically continue unless cancelled by you.
·      If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current pre-paid month.
·      We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods.

4. Intellectual property

 All content on the HirePro website, including text, images, designs, logos and software, is the property of Eye Web Solutions Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

·      Use HirePro for unlawful purposes.
·      Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the portal.
·      Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

·      We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
·      We do not guarantee that HirePro will always be available, error-free or secure.
·      We are not responsible for the content of third-party links or services.
·      Information provided through HirePro is for general guidance and should not be relied upon without independent verification.
 

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse our services.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of HirePro after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
